qubes-template-whonix is currently using as default:

[ -n "$whonix_repository_suite" ] ||
whonix_repository_suite="stretch-proposed-updates"

Was wondering to change that to stretch-testers but not sure.

Not sure, I guess stretch-proposed-updates should be ok until we decide
to change above?
